Hi, I’m Sarah Wallace, MPH, and I’ve been practicing yoga for over 30 years. My passion has always been about bringing yoga to the people who need it the most.
  I’m a breath coach and certified in Yoga for 50+ , senior yoga, chair yoga, and I’m also certified in Yoga for Osteoporosis - that's my passion! 

I’m aware of the unique issues post-menopausal women with bone issues face. I also know how stress can wreak havoc on our bodies and bones; that’s why I became certified as a Breath Coach and Meditation Guide. Breath and meditation are two ways to reduce stress and create inner peace, which is essential for everyone, especially for women with bone issues. 
While I’ve been teaching Yoga for Osteoporosis for quite some time, recently, two friends were diagnosed with Osteoporosis and were scared to death. They were afraid to make the wrong move, afraid their bones, they’ve counted on but never thought about, might suddenly fracture or crumble. That’s why I created The Osteoporosis Solace Framework.

This third module covers Movement and Exercise. It's important to move safely and with awareness, it's easy if you know how. I start off with two fundamental movements to avoid Spinal flexion & Twisting then I talk about how to safely make little tweaks in your daily movements.
It also talk about two key skills to prevent falls -
Posture and Balance. There are exercises for good posture, and progressive balance exercises, plus poses to build bones!

Lifestyle-
Improve Sleep, Reduce Stress 

This last module, is all about reducing the stress in your life. Stress is something you can control, and should control for health. Applying simple breathing techniques, you'll learn how to shift to your  Rest  & Digest mode and reduce our stress.
