 Hi, I’m Sarah, and I’m glad you’re here. I love living a healthy lifestyle, and I want to have fun doing it. I don’t believe in “the myth of aging”, instead it’s all about taking care of ourselves so we don’t break down.  

I believe it's never too late, or too early to start! 

 I  incorporate balancing, strength and stamina into each class, and my classes are never the same.
